Still after the death of Berta Caracas, Hilary Clinton is still under fire for the Honduran Coup back in 2009. With the democratic nomination campaign underway, Hilary continues to publicly defend her role with the coup when President Manuel Zalyla was sent into exile during her time as Secretary of State. Since the 2009 Honduran coup, Honduras has become the most violent places in the world. Hillary did an interview with the New York Daily news, where she neither confirmed nor denied her involvement and argued that it was the national legislature of Honduras who followed their law and removed Zelaya. Clinton made it very clear that she didn't like the way it looked, but still agreed that the Honduran government had a strong argument when following the Constitution and that removing that president at that time was the right thing to do. Another thing she also made very clear is that, the United States government will immediately stop any government aide to countries when a coup has been declared, she continued with the statement that when coup from, the people of those countries suffer because humanitarian aid tends to get cut off first, leaving those who are especially poor.
