RNC Chair: "People Just Don't Care" About Reports Trump Mistreated Women

This article discusses how recent allegations have come out about how Republican nominee Donald Trump has mistreated women throughout the course of his lifetime. The article is a transcribed conversation between Chris Wallace and republican chairman Reince Priebus about how the general public does not seem to "care" about information about the candidates that come out. Chris Wallace attempts to get a straight answer from Mr. Priebus about how the American people can seem ignore the fact that their leading candidate has mistreated women; however, Mr. Priebus just repeats how people don't care and how either Donald Trump or Hilary Clinton will both shake up the Whitehouse if they were to be elected president.  This article did a good job with framing because the title was very eye catching; however, I feel that it was also very misleading as the article did not go into further detail about the allegations.

Washington State: 52 Arrested Blockading Tracks to Oil Refineries

This article discusses how just recently fifty-two environmentalist protestors were arrested as a result of blocking off railroad ways that led to two different oil refineries. The environmentalist protestors set up camp by pitching tents and hammocks on Friday afternoon. The activist stayed out blocking the railroads until they were eventually escorted by police or arrested by police on Sunday afternoon. The environmentalist activist used the recent data of how annual temperature for our earth has increased do to climate change. The activist were successful in framing their cause and as a result they were able to lead a successful movement because they were able to gather hundreds of participants and command national media attention with their social movement tactic of blocking the oil refineries railways.
