Women's movement movie

Political opportunity: The timing for the women's movement took place at the right time in the right places since they did the protest in front of the president's door. The woman would use the flag to symbolize the simple wording to understand the cause the public. After some of the women got arrested they continued to protest days after to show media that the women's rights were being violated by the government.  Resources mobilization: did not impact this as a pro if not a con for the reason that when they arrested for violation of abstracting traffic they had to pay a fee and didn't do it they prefer to go to jail. For the reason that they knew did not do anything wrong. Framing for the women's movements would be standing up for their right at all moment. They did the hunger strike to get their message across that would not stop if they did not give women rights. It was as a form, of give me liberty or give me death.  While, being in jail women sang a song demonstrating that they were together in the cause and had much more power and strength all together. After all 30 women got into the hunger strike and weeks later they were release of jail and the 19th amendment pass.

Zapatista Movie

Political opportunity for Zapatista movement took place at the right time after slavery and the rebellion Zapata immerged. They created a campesinos army that would help and defended the poor and low income families.  They wanted to end the corrupted government of Mexico and that is why they made their own army.  Resources mobilization have resources (People, money ) They did not have many resources, not a lot of money all they had was labor that was taken away from when Mexico pass it on to U.S.. They would cover their faces because they wanted to be unknown. Framing: There were song of the Zapatistas that talked about the movement and their history.  Their key words for the success of campesinos was to have education, justice, land , end discrimination, they wanted to be heard, and this is when weapons are not be heard and be silent. Zapatistas want a peaceful change, they were heard and got better life's for their people.
