On Monday court heard the arguments of the immigration cases, while Texas suited against Obama for DAPA which allows over more than 4 million undocumented parents to finally get out of the dark show and work legally. The states are against with DAPA to is to stop deportation for parents of the DACA people. Many are against it while others do not. Sophie Cruz a six year old girl that is a American US citizen said,  that she wants for all parents to get be able to stay in the United States without being in fear of leaving their children alone in the US and them being deported. Sofia thinks that everyone deserves to be happy and have rights as well. The president can be able make any law to to stop deportation and they can stay. Many states, don't disagree with Obama but they do not want them to be able to have driver license and  a work permit they want immigrants to have a miserable life. Judge Scalia voted in the side of the immigrant community in this case something that no one ever expected. There has been over more than 750,000 dreamers that are strong today with a social security, work permits, and license that turn into a positive nature. If the immigrant community wins there will be over 5 million people that will be able to take advantage and finally have work permits and wouldn't be deported.

Jose Antonio Vargas an DACA recipients tells us how so many DACA got the work permit. Jose Vargas now is able give jobs to others. 4 to 4 is not enough because we want something better because we want this law to pass in the Supreme court. The congressmen now this is the begging ans DACA and DAPA is not an amnesty but it does mean that we can have a ID and a work permit with out having to be deported. There is nothing more important American than fighting for all this. It is not that simple all DACA have to be over in the U.S. for over more than 5 years and from there own expenses they have to apply and pay over the background check and finger prints and prove all the five years and then if improve they get a work permit and finally pay taxes. Immigrants immigrate to work, to suet, and to foil they are hard workers.
