Driscoll's Workers Call for Global Boycott over Alleged Abuses at World's Biggest Berry Distributor
The past weekend the boycotting of the largest berry distributor took place due to an injustice pay in wages and exploitation of workers both in US and Mexico. According to the article berry pickers have been organizing for three years by using tactics such as walkouts, picket lines, and lawsuits over alleged labor violations. Many of the workers were not given proper care, they were not given the right to have sick leave, and were forced to work or be fired. Many of the berry pickers lived inside the camps by the fields that were horrible living conditions. The article highlighted the resource mobilization theory because many of the berry pickers organized and boycotted for better wages and living conditions.

Greek Parliament OKs Harsh New Austerity Measures Amid Mass Protest
On Sunday, according to the article many Athens began a protest because of the low wages, unemployment, and part-time work many individual Athens are not able to live in these conditions. The protestors took matters into their own hands where violent actions such as the throwing of rocks took place, and police fired back with tear gas. This article also highlights resource mobilization due to Athens organizing and protesting unjust living wages.
