The first story shows a video of what appears to be two US soldiers watching a man being tortured by a group of men from Afghanistan that have been known to abuse human rights. The second story is about an investigation that revealed that US doctors have been torturing Guantanamo detainees like terrorists and suspected terrorists  ordered by the government. The report found that the Pentagon and the CIA substituted their standards and told the doctors that what they were doing was ethical.
