April 6 2014 was the 20th anniversary of the Tutsis genocide in Rwanda. 800,000 people were killed by the military under the orders of the extremist Hutu government. The current president of Rawnda will light a flame that will light up for 100 days, the amount of days that it took the government to do the killings of men, women, and children. Although, it was the biggest massacre since the Nazi Holocaust, the world claimed to be unaware of the genocide. The Clinton Administration decided to overlook the severity of the massacre and never reached out to help the Tutsis of Rwanda. In their opinion it was not an actual genocide, and even the question of "how many genocide acts does it take to be a genocide?" was raised.
