Democracy Now
Week of April 7th
"Can Any Court Hold U.S. Accountable for Killing Americans Overseas with Drone Strikes?" Aired on April 8th was about a Muslim family whose son an other members of the family were killed by U.S drones and how the family was sue members of the government and the military because there family members were U.S citizens  killed innocently by their own country. However the court rules that they do not hold accountable for that because it's a matter of national security. "As Deportations Top 2 Million, Should Activists Push for Executive Order or Congressional Action?" Aired on April 10th talked about how Obama is not doing as he said about deporting only the people who hurt the community and not the hard working people who deportations are separating families. 2 million deportations are not all criminals they are mostly parents that are trying to make a better future for their families or the ones who have been mistaken for criminals. The people are asking themselves  who too talk too so the gov can listen to them to stop deportations.
