The U.S. Border Patrol killed a Mexican immigrant on May 28 2010 Anastasio Rojas tried to cross the border from Mexico and heading to San Diego. Where his family was living and had 5 children. The Border Patrol say that Anastasio did not surrender and that is when they shot him, but videos have come out demonstrating that they were lying. He was asking for help for his life and the US boarder tortured him. There was about more than 12 US Boarder and only Rojas. They could not see him as a threat. Their family is looking for justices for Anastasio Rojas. Anastasio's family are using the United States for killing and torturing Anastasio. There was about more than 30 witness and the United States only heard 3 witness. Over 5 years the family of Anastasio want justice and the United States does not listen to them. They are doing it because so many similar things continue happening to other people just as it happened to Anastasio. Human Right is helping their family to draw attention to enforce how the border patrol act. After Anastasio was killed more than 50 more immigrants have been killed and they do not care. All the border patrols continue to be in patrol at work after killing humans. One of the agents even pull the pants and take out and walk with them. Another agent put his knee on Anastasio's neck. None of the witness could help Anastasio all they could do is record. The result of this is that all the agents that were involved to punish and want them pay for the consequences and have justice for Anaastasio's death. Human Rights with this want to help the immigrants and Latinos help because they are the most vulnerable and do not that there are many laws that protect them as well.
