Excessive Force? Migrant Shot Dead by U.S. Border Agent Near San Diego After Throwing Rock

I quickly learned that a U.S. Border patrol agent shot and killed a man in San Diego. Apparently the border patrol agent was pursuing a group of people suspected of crossing the border. The group was suspected of crossing over from Mexico. The border patrol agent opened fire when a man threw a rock at him. It is said that some fatalities were caused by rock throwing. I soon learned that one of the immigrants had been separated from the group and the border patrol agent was alone in pursuit. This is when the suspected migrant started throwing rocks. It was also said that the migrant threw a rock of the size of a basket ball. Soon after the border patrol agent fired his weapon two times at the suspected migrant killing him. I know understand why border partol policies have been brought back to light.

I have come to learn that Ukraine is divided into two standings. A part of the Ukraine wants to stay closer to Russia. The other half prefers to move away. This difference in political views has caused many fatalities. A truce was set in place but only lasted a couple hours. Soon after the truce was more fatalities. After all this the U.S. Has threatened to establish sanctions on the Ukrainian government. It is said that the anti movement in the streets of Ukraine are seizing weapons. This meaning that there is a possibility of a civil war. If this is a new clod war divide it is said that war could emerge and stay for decades. Some argue that the fight among police and Ukrainians would never be tolerated in the United States no matter how righteous the cause. I hope to see another truce. If peace is not restored I do agree that a civil war could break out.
