Tabling 2/5

As for our tabling For March forth on March Fourth, we had all sorts of information about Human Trafficking on flyers and resources that were based on Human Trafficking and our poster board that showed pictures, stats and facts. Just in case people were not interested in the small flyers we were handing out. Besides the classes that were involved for extra credit, we had people from around the campus stop by everyone's tables, and people were actually asking questions grabbing information from our table. We mentioned a local resource "Made for them" more to people because it deals with local woman who have been victims of Human trafficking and Made for them is helping them to grow their self-esteem through fashion. We stated the facts on how things were back then to it being considered modern day slavery. Alice, one of the girls from the group came up with the idea of creating a sign in sheet not for how many people came to the table but in cases people ran out of time but were interested in finding out more information about Human trafficking we would be able to send out emails to links and research we have found of Human Trafficking. Overall the tabling experience, made it easier to get involved in some way with fellow classmates, even if it was a group project. By us bringing out the awareness, we could have made someone become involved.
