Every day something happens and we always wish that tragedies would not happen under our watch or that there would be nobody to conspire to do certain things. The worst -case scenario is when someone within us that we trust to defend our country and our freedom turns himself against us.  That is always awful, but the question is always  “what made them turn themselves against us?” Ryan Holleran and Malachi Muncy two Iraq veterans answered by saying: "I had trouble getting help when I came back from Iraq, as well, when I was at Fort Hood. The access to healthcare is limited — it is available, but it’s not necessarily accessible," Holleran explains. "The amount of stigma associated with seeking any kind of mental health, it makes it extremely challenging to try to take care of ourselves." We also talk to Aaron Glantz, who covers veterans and domestic military issues for The Center for Investigative Reporting. His most recent book is "The War Comes Home: Washington’s Battle Against America’s Veterans." That is a big frustration for the veterans and the people because we believe that our country takes a good care of our veterans but the veterans are stating otherwise. When will the government handle this situation better? Is that the reason why many veterans are homeless?

In this is another issue that America have to focus.; Drugging America’

Veterans: Painkiller Abuse Spreads as VA Becomes Vets’ "Drug Dealer of Choice"

Why many veterans become drug addicts? Because most of the times the veterans are given limited treatment and the only permanent solution the doctors or the administrators think is to give them painkillers the ease their pain. That never helps anyone, they give them temporary fix not a permanent one when the illness or the PTSD is permanent. As an American citizen and supporter of the US army it saddens me to know that our heroes are not protected and treated well for their illnesses. It makes one wonder when will the government do something about it? When will the army recruits stop playing with the truth saying that the army covers everything and not everything is covered and many of the homeless people in America are the veterans that served our beloved country.
